Having represented companies in over $1 billion of venture capital financing transactions, I focus my practice on venture capital and private equity growth stage financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
I also represent venture capital funds, angel networks, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and celebrities in venture investment and strategic transactions.

- Has represented Misfits Market, a full-service online grocery store fighting food waste, since its formation, including in its $200 million Series C round of financing led by Accel Partners and D1 Capital Partners.
- Has represented Burrow, a direct to consumer furniture and home goods company, since its formation, including in its $25 million Series C round of financing led by Parkway Ventures, Red & Blue Ventures, Winklevoss Capital and NEA.
- Represents world-renowned esports organization FaZe Clan in all corporate and transactional matters.
