• Represented AI Infrastructure Startup Vega Health in connection with its spinout from Duke University, seed financing and licensing of proprietary AI technologies and ongoing representation across their venture capital, fundraising and AI technology partnerships.
• Representing OneImaging, a health technology company on their Series A financing and all of their commercial partnerships and integrations and development of AI and related technology products and services.
• Representing numerous emerging companies including Qurrent, a Silicon Valley based agentic infrastructure company, and Rebuy, an advertising technology company in connection with its customer integration, partnership and reseller engagements.
