Formation and Financing

I’ve represented fintech companies on five continents.

Professional Background

I provide a bumper-to-bumper advisory service that focuses on efficiently navigating regulatory and commercial risk for my clients. I believe that no problem should be approached with a one-size-fits-all mindset and, instead, look for creative solutions to maximize growth.

Having previously served in-house at multinational investment banks, I have extensive experience representing issuers and underwriters in investment banking and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, spin-offs, split-offs and carve-out/tracking stock transactions.

My special focus is on the fintech industry, particularly in the crowdfunding and peer lending space. My work has been recognized by Chambers & Partners in its inaugural fintech rankings in 2019, as well as by the LendIt Industry Awards since 2017.

I frequently participate as a panelist and speaker at industry-leading events, in addition to making appearances on Fox Business Television, Bloomberg, CCTV and National Public Radio.
