Andrew Satenberg is a partner in the firm’s employment and labor practice. He focuses on all aspects of employment law litigation and counseling. Andrew is a recognized attorney in wage and hour class action litigation, and he has defeated class certification on numerous occasions and has prevailed at trial. Andrew also has particular experience in litigating federal and state court individual cases in the areas of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, COBRA, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, state workers’ compensation laws and the California Wage Orders.
