Formal training sessions cover a broad range of subject matter, including project management, communication skills, presentation skills, advanced Excel training, meeting facilitation, change management, leadership training, healthcare finance, project budgeting, and business development and selling.

Hands-on experience comes through work experience that further develops subject matter depth and expertise. You’ll be assigned a Manager Mentor to provide coaching and supervision, and to keep you on a steady track of professional advancement. In addition, you’ll be assigned a Peer Mentor to show you the ropes and smooth your integration into our systems, workflows, and values.

The aim is to foster a dynamic environment of teamwork and knowledge transfer, to clarify your roles and expectations, and to link your professional development goals to your daily work.
