Jared Guidroz is a Music associate in Manatt’s Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience working on various recorded music and music publishing agreements for a variety of entertainment clients.
Before joining Manatt, Jared held several legal roles at an international music publisher and record label, where he worked extensively on drafting and negotiating exclusive recording agreements, publishing agreements (co-publishing and administration) and asset purchase agreements. He also helped advise clients on several copyright termination and infringement matters.
