Matthew Itzkowitz is a health care associate in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He conducts research and analysis on a variety of issues impacting life sciences and health care clients.
Matthew has experience advising on regulatory and legislative health care matters ranging from pharmacy reimbursement, delivery models and value-based payment to mental and behavioral health care, social determinants of health and controlled substances. Before joining Manatt, Matthew was a policy analyst and counsel at a national health policy consulting firm. Prior to that, he held several legal internships at the Food and Drug Administration, which provided Matthew insight into the procedures and approval processes for drugs and regulated products.
