Andrew Schultz has more than 20 years of experience in real estate law, including sales, acquisitions/dispositions, financings, leasing, joint venture, real estate investment funds, and development. He has represented private equity funds, insurance companies, public agencies, developers, commercial banks and pension fund managers. Andrew’s public sector service includes stints as the chairman of the New York City Loft Board and as counsel to the New York City Deputy Mayor for Policy and Planning.
