Andrew Schultz is a Manatt Real Estate partner in the firm’s New York office. Andrew has extensive experience in real estate law, including sales, acquisitions/dispositions, financings, leasing, joint ventures, real estate investment funds and development. He has represented private equity funds, insurance companies, public agencies, developers, commercial banks and pension fund managers.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was counsel in the real estate practice of a New York law firm. He served as chairman of the New York City Loft Board from 1992 to 1994 and as counsel to the New York City Deputy Mayor for Policy and Planning from 1992 to 1993.
