Christian Baker practices complex business litigation, with a focus on real estate and banking/lender liability litigation. He also has extensive experience in the areas of antitrust/unfair competition, securities, probate/trust, corporate investigations/white collar defense, employment, and intellectual property. His jury and bench trial experience encompasses a variety of these focus areas. Christian has wide-ranging experience in both federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and regulatory investigations.
Christian regularly provides pro bono services to participants at Project Homeless Connect, which connects the most vulnerable San Franciscans to vital resources, including legal services. He also represents refugees who have received or are seeking asylum in the United States, and low-income tenants in negotiating settlements in their unlawful detainer actions.
