Fraylin Gramajo

Fraylin Gramajo is a litigation associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Fraylin was also a litigation summer associate at Manatt. His experience includes complex commercial litigation matters, breaches of fiduciary duty, complex contractual disputes, intellectual property disputes, and other litigation matters.

During his time at UC Davis, Fraylin gained practical experience through various judicial externships, including a position at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. These roles allowed him to develop critical analytical skills and a deep understanding of the judicial process. Fraylin has also contributed to the legal field as a student law clerk, where he provided vital support to clients navigating complex immigration issues.

Fraylin remains active in the firm’s pro bono practice, which includes representing and assisting clients in immigration proceedings. He is also a member of the Los Angeles Mexican American Bar Association.
