Wilson Quoted in The American Lawyer on Manatt’s Office Space of the Future

Hoteling, Hybrid Schedules Shape New Law Firm Office Designs
– The American Lawyer

Manatt CEO and Managing Partner Donna Wilson was quoted in The American Lawyer about how the firm designed its new Los Angeles office space as a hub for collaboration and diversity of thought to support clients. The space “reflects the convergence and diversity of ideas necessary for the success of our hybridized legal and consulting model,” Wilson told the publication. “This is seen through the integration of cutting-edge technology and the creation of a variety of communal spaces to support and nurture our client-centric culture of collaboration.”

The firm moved into its new five-story office in West Los Angeles just a few months before the COVID-19 pandemic, The American Lawyer reported. Wilson called the decision “prescient” and added that she’s seen other firms now reimagining their workplace with concepts similar to Manatt’s in light of the pandemic.
