Jen Millard is a managing director with Manatt Digital and Technology and leads the digital and technology consulting practice. With more than two decades of experience leading consumer, retail and data technology innovation businesses, Jen brings significant experience in omnichannel retail technology and financial services innovation. She excels at go-to-market (GTM) strategies and engaging with venture capital, private equity and private investor communities to guide them through due diligence activities and assist their portfolio companies with strategies to grow and prosper. In the past five years, she has held founder and leadership roles with two significant gross merchant value marketplace businesses as well as multiple interim CEO and CRO roles with various firms.
Additionally, Jen guides her clients through turnarounds and restructurings to optimize shareholder value. She works with her clients to stabilize companies, reformat business models to increase revenue and package companies to be acquired by others. Jen combines her GTM strengths and her business acumen to help companies during turbulent times and to determine the optimal path to revenue or exit value.
Prior to joining Manatt, Jen founded a boutique strategy consulting firm serving some of the world’s most recognized technology, retail and financial services brands. Previously, she led business development and retail operations at several large companies, including ZoomSystems, Lifefactory Inc., Saks Fifth Avenue, Brown Shoe International Corp., Bed Bath & Beyond, and Sears, Roebuck and Co.
