Kyle Mallery is a Manatt Impact Investing and Community Development counsel in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Kyle has extensive experience in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and other structured financing transactions. His practice includes the lead representation of borrowers, investors and community development entities.
Before joining Manatt, Kyle was an associate at a multinational law firm representing large financial institutions, local community development organizations, and nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations and for-profit developers in connection with complex financial transactions, real estate debt, and equity finance, including loan restructurings.
