Manatt Digital and Technology group and venture capital/emerging companies practice leader Lisa Suennen spoke with MM&M Magazine about the gender gap among professionals in the biopharma-marketing industry. In the article, Suennen commented that women must confront and address this gap themselves, saying, “It is time for women to start asking their peers what they get paid and asking if it is an equal pay setting during job interviews. If the hiring leads don’t want to answer, you don’t want to work there.”
