She advises clients on compliance with U.S. privacy laws and emerging data protection as well as artificial intelligence regulations. Adedayo supports companies across industries as they manage risk and develop policies aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks.

Her work also focuses on privacy compliance, regulatory tracking and legal analysis related to data use and emerging technologies. She drafts and revises privacy policies, prepares applicability analyses and develops client-facing materials that translate complex legal developments into practical business considerations. Adedayo also monitors legislative activity across jurisdictions, with particular attention to artificial intelligence and data governance.
