Bio

Adriana Castro

Adriana Castro is an associate in the Firm’s San Francisco office. She represents public and private sector clients in a broad range of employment and labor matters, including class actions, PAGA claims, internal investigations, and wage and hour compliance.

Before joining Manatt, Adriana was a labor and employment associate at a national law firm, where she managed complex litigation from pre-litigation counseling through trial preparation. Her experience includes defending clients in single-plaintiff and class actions, responding to government investigations, and representing employers before administrative agencies. She also has experience conducting internal investigations into workplace claims and advising employers on compliance with evolving federal and state employment laws.

While in law school, Adriana served as a board member of the nationally ranked Hastings Moot Court team and was the 2021 champion of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Moot Court Competition. She also worked as a teaching assistant in both Legal Research & Writing and Appellate Advocacy and gained legal experience through externships with the Oakland Unified School District and the University of California Office of the General Counsel.
