AJ's experience includes representing clients in shareholder class actions and derivative matters, contractual disputes and regulatory and enforcement proceedings. His practice spans all phases of litigation and investigations, including legal research, motion practice, discovery and trial preparation. 

AJ also regularly advises clients in connection with government and internal investigations and regulatory inquiries. He conducts internal fact development, prepares witnesses for depositions, arbitrations and government interviews and supports clients in interactions with federal regulators and enforcement authorities, including the SEC, DOJ, CFTC and Treasury.
