Alexa Picciotto is a senior manager with Manatt Health and is based in the firm's New York office.

Alexa provides strategy development, policy advising, and project management oversight to a broad range of health care provider clients and state Medicaid programs. She advises states, providers, and hospital associations on Medicaid managed care payment policy, supplemental payment programs, and nonfederal share financing strategies, helping clients develop and evaluate financial models and navigate a rapidly evolving federal regulatory environment. She also supports health systems and academic medical centers, including cancer hospitals and children's hospitals, on strategic planning in a changing policy and payment landscape.

Prior to joining Manatt, Alexa worked as an M.B.A. intern in the Department of Operational Excellence at a cancer and research institution in New York. She has also worked as an M.B.A. intern at a teaching hospital and as a supervisor for a media strategy and buying portfolio agency.
