Alexandria Pinckney

Alexandria Pinckney is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s New York office.

Alexandria supports clients across the health care and financial services sectors with strategic, policy-driven insights. With a background in health care policy, private equity advisory and public sector consulting, she brings a data-informed approach to complex regulatory and market challenges.

Before joining Manatt, Alexandria was a consultant, advising private equity clients on over 40 health care services and health tech transactions. Her work included commercial due diligence, reimbursement analysis and growth modeling for specialty care providers and digital health platforms. Alexandria also co-founded Avalere’s internal generative artificial intelligence initiative, developing best practices for integrating emerging technologies into research and client service delivery.

Alexandria previously served in the Richmond City Mayor’s Office, where she conducted capstone research on chronic homelessness, and at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, where she supported regulatory review and policy development under the No Surprises Act and Mental Health Parity Act.
