Alysha Agarwal is an Associate in the Firm’s Boston office.

She focuses her practice on antitrust, intellectual property, commercial litigation, artificial intelligence and data privacy matters, drawing on experience in both private practice and public service.

Alysha also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising clients in immigration matters relating to asylum and assisting clients in bankruptcy filings.

Before joining Manatt, Alysha served as a legal intern where she conducted legal research, drafted memoranda and supported appellate attorneys in preparing for oral arguments. She also worked at firms managing trademark portfolios and filings for technology clients, including one where she assisted startup clients with privacy and corporate compliance issues.
