Bailey Wilbanks is a consultant with Manatt Health in the Firm’s New York office.

She supports clients navigating federal health policy, government affairs and stakeholder engagement. Drawing on experience across the legislative and nonprofit sectors, Bailey advises clients on strategy development, policy research and relationship management at the federal level.

Before joining Manatt, Bailey served in multiple roles at the Alliance for Health Policy, most recently as Health Policy Education Advisor. In this capacity, she led efforts to streamline federal affairs knowledge transfer, strengthen organizational policy programming, and cultivate relationships with congressional and agency stakeholders. She previously managed the organization’s federal strategy, educational programming and fellowship program. Earlier in her career, Bailey worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, including as a staff assistant to Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia, where she contributed to health policy research and legislative operations.
