Becky Woolf

Becky Woolf is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Becky brings a background in Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policies, health system transformation, and approaches to improving quality and access across the health care system.

Prior to joining Manatt, Becky supported implementation planning for the new Medicaid work requirements at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. Her work included legislative and regulatory analysis of federal and state health reform. She has contributed to federal programs and policy initiatives at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and the National Institutes of Health.

Becky also has a decade of experience in patient engagement and quality improvement. Her work draws on experience collaborating with patients, providers and other health care stakeholders to address challenges in care delivery, quality and system improvement.
