Manatt Health Leader was quoted in Modern Healthcare discussing how health care providers are preparing for Medicaid cuts resulting from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.

With more than $1 trillion in funding slashed and additional red tape creating complications for the health care industry, Bernstein said providers are trying to figure out how bad the situation may get. “Most health care providers are currently doing worst-case scenario planning,” he said. “Provider organizations are trying to absorb and understand everything this law encompasses and how that has changed.”
