The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst. This individual will work as part of the Financial Analytics team and will report to our Financial Analytics Director. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining existing reports and data sets, provide support in development of new reporting, and assisting in ad hoc data requests/projects. Additional responsibilities will include working closely with our Practice Management and Pricing teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regular weekly and monthly reporting

  • Perform data integrity and report accuracy checks

  • Support in testing newly developed reporting

  • Support Financial Analytics Director with Financial Presentations

  • Support Practice Management team reporting and analysis

  • Assist with Ad hoc data requests and projects

  • Assist Financial Analytics Director with development of financial models and dashboards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • 1 -2 years of analytical experience

  • Professional Services Firm and Aderant experience a plus

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with end users, peers and managers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively

  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision

The base annual pay range for this role is between $70,000-$80,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
