The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer to support visual storytelling across internal communications, marketing and business development. This role is will help shape how our people experience the firm—from executive messaging and firmwide initiatives to culture, talent, and change communications. This role will also support how our clients experience the firm – from the website to social media, to events and presentations. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, deep brand stewardship, and a sophisticated understanding of professional services environments.

This position partners closely with Communications, Marketing, Business Development, and firm leadership to translate complex information into compelling, accessible, and on‑brand visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

Design high‑quality assets across digital and print channels, including presentations, infographics, email, newsletters, website and intranet content, executive reports, digital signage, and internal collateral. Translate complex legal, business, and consulting concepts into clear, visually compelling materials for diverse internal audiences.

Visual Strategy for Internal Communications

Conceptualize and execute engaging visual solutions for firmwide and practice‑level communications, including leadership messages, strategic initiatives, DEI programs, training, technology communications, talent communications, and internal campaigns. Serve as a visual thought partner to internal stakeholders, recommending creative approaches that elevate clarity, engagement, and impact.

Brand Stewardship

Ensure all communications align with firm brand standards, tone, and visual identity while evolving the look and feel to keep content modern and engaging. Maintain and refine internal design templates and toolkits to promote consistency and efficiency across teams.

Executive & Leadership Support

Partner closely with senior leadership and executive communications teams to produce polished, presentation‑ready materials for firm meetings, town halls, retreats, and strategic updates. Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Collaboration & Project Management

Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, Business Development, Business Professionals, Firm leadership and external vendors as needed to deliver integrated solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, accuracy, and creative excellence in a deadline‑driven environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a legal, consulting, financial services, or other professional services environment.

  • Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); strong PowerPoint skills required.

  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and polish.

  • Experience designing for digital platforms (e.g., intranets, email communications) is highly desirable.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate abstract or complex content into effective visual narratives.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing competing priorities.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated reliability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid (remote and in-office) team environment.

The Firm operates on a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday, with optional remote work permitted on Mondays and Fridays. All employees must remain available for onsite work up to five days per week as business needs dictate. This schedule is subject to change; flexibility is required

The base annual pay range for this role is between $65,000 - $110,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience and  location.  A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
