Connor Griffiths is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s New York office. He works with health care organizations, public agencies and nonprofit stakeholders on strategic initiatives that improve health care access, program performance and population health.

Connor’s practice focuses on qualitative research, strategic planning, technical assistance and performance improvement. He conducts interviews and focus groups, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, develops client deliverables, and presents findings to a variety of audiences. His experience includes supporting health care coverage and enrollment initiatives, evaluating clinical quality programs, developing strategic recommendations, and assisting with business development efforts. Prior to joining Manatt, Connor worked at a public health research and consulting firm supporting health policy and health system improvement initiatives.

Connor has worked with community health centers throughout his career and brings experience partnering with rural and underserved communities as a community health worker. He also conducted research at an academic medical center, contributing to evidence-based approaches to improving health outcomes and health care delivery.

His background in public health and health management enables him to support clients as they navigate evolving health care systems, strengthen organizational effectiveness and advance initiatives that improve care for the communities they serve.
