EJ Kelley is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

He supports health care organizations in evaluating strategic opportunities, simplifying consumer experiences and developing policies that respond to an evolving health care and technology landscape. His work draws on experience at the intersection of economic analysis, digital transformation and health policy.

Before joining Manatt, EJ served as a strategy advisor at a large health plan, where he helped facilitate the redesign and launch of new human-centered digital platforms for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Previously, EJ worked as a strategy and analytics consultant, partnering with clients across the health care ecosystem, including a yearlong engagement during which he supported the development and implementation of a national COVID-19 testing program.
