Eric Kim is an associate in the Firm’s Orange County office.

Eric's practice focuses on representing investors and developers in connection with real estate acquisitions, financings, leasing work and dispositions. He drafts and negotiates transaction documents, conducts diligence on real estate and corporate matters and analyzes legal and business risks associated with complex real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Eric worked as an associate at a multinational law firm, where he advised institutional lenders, debt funds, insurance companies and renewable energy developers on real estate-secured debt transactions and project finance transactions.
