Gabriella Allaf

Gabriella is a Corporate and Finance Associate in Manatt's Los Angeles office where she focuses on transactions across the real estate, entertainment, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Her practice includes supporting the structuring and execution of multi-million-dollar real estate acquisitions and leases, music catalog acquisitions, and advising on regulatory and operational aspects of healthcare and financial services transactions. Gabriella brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to each matter, drawing on her cross-industry experience to help clients navigate evolving deal dynamics and regulatory landscapes.

Prior to joining Manatt, Gabriella served as a Summer Associate at the Firm, where she contributed to various corporate transactions. She also was the Managing Editor of the nationally recognized Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, enhancing her understanding of legal issues in the entertainment sector. Additionally, Gabriella completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Sandra L. Klein at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. During law school, she was a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team and served as Law Student Liaison for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
