Grace Hopkins is a policy analyst with Manatt’s Government and Regulatory practice.

Grace supports clients by monitoring and analyzing federal policy and legislative developments across a range of issue areas, including housing, infrastructure, immigration, energy and emerging technology. She conducts policy research, tracks congressional activity and prepares reports, memoranda and client-facing updates on legislative and regulatory developments. Grace also assists with analyzing the potential impact of federal policy initiatives and helps clients stay informed on issues affecting their organizations and industries.

In her role, Grace contributes to the development of policy briefings, newsletters and other strategic communications for clients. She works closely with colleagues across the Government and Regulatory practice to track congressional hearings, legislative proposals and executive branch activity, providing timely analysis and insight on evolving policy issues.
