– Law360

Manatt Financial Services Counsel Joseph Reilly and Special Counsel Jonathan Joshua as well as consumer financial services practice Leader Richard Gottlieb authored an article for Law360 on the Federal Trade Commission's recent issuance of “notices of penalty offenses” to several hundred organizations, and the impact these notices might have on financial institutions and other companies.
