Manatt Litigation Counsel Benjamin Strauss and Investigations, Compliance and White Collar Defense Associate David Boyadzhyan wrote an article for Daily Journal, where they discussed how legal professionals can properly and effectively utilize generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with their work and enhance their client service.
The authors also explained how several states and courts have begun implementing rules and recommendations to help guide attorneys on how AI can coexist with traditional legal work. “Let’s proceed with cautious optimism as we experience in real time the inevitable marriage of the old traditions of law and the advancements of AI,” they wrote.
