Manatt has earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index. This 16th annual scorecard is a national benchmark survey, reporting on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer workplace equality.
Each year, the report evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. The firm’s efforts and success in satisfying all the CEI’s criteria resulted in a 100 percent ranking and a designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ equality.
