Famili and Levin Named 2026 Commercial Real Estate Business Visionaries by Los Angeles Times

Manatt Real Estate Partners and were named 2026 Southern California Commercial Real Estate Business Visionaries by the Los Angeles Times. The recognition honors Southern California’s most influential commercial real estate leaders for their work on major projects and deals within their organizations and communities across the region.

Anita leads Manatt's real estate transactions and finance practice and its cannabis and CBD practice. Recently, she and her team represented a national specialty grocer in the acquisition of vacant land for development as a regional warehouse and distribution facility with an estimated post-development value of $368.6M.

Liz is a Manatt Real Estate partner. She represents the world’s most creditworthy tenants in their office, warehouse and manufacturing leases. Her recent deals include some of the most high-profile office leases in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area and subleases representing recovery values in excess of $100M. A key member of Manatt’s data center practice, she represents leading AI infrastructure companies to deliver warehouse and manufacturing space at speed to meet rapid scale growth. She has recently closed on more than  1 million square feet, with lease and tenant improvement values exceeding $1.5 billion in the aggregate.
