Howe Named to Daily Journal Top 40 Under 40 List

Manatt Partner was named to The Daily Journal's 2026 Top 40 Under 40 List.

Howe was recognized for his experience arguing more than 50 appeals before federal and state appellate courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
