Howe Named to San Diego Business Journal’s 40 Under 40

Manatt Appellate Partner  was named to San Diego Business Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40, which recognizes professionals who are driving innovation and positive impact within their industry and community.

Howe was highlighted for his experience arguing more than 50 appeals before federal and state appellate courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. A highly experienced advocate, he also was noted for drawing on extensive trial experience—including 11 jury trials—and his background as a former federal prosecutor to advise clients in white collar matters, government and internal investigations, corporate compliance, and complex civil litigation.
