Manatt Recognized on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2026 Corporate Equality Index

Manatt is proud to once again be recognized on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, which showcases how U.S.-based companies are promoting LGBTQIA+ friendly workplace policies in the U.S. and abroad.

The U.S. businesses that participated this year were scored on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQIA+ workplace equality, such as:

• Sexual orientation and gender identity in non-discrimination policies
• Equivalent family formation benefits for spouses and partners, including adoption, fertility and surrogacy
• Comprehensive health care coverage for all employees, including transgender employees, for medically necessary care
