Esra Hudson, leader of Manatt’s employment and labor practice, will speak at a virtual event hosted by the Health Care Council of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce on October 13. The session, titled “Employees Returning to the Office: A Legal Lens & COVID-19 Resources,” will cover legal aspects of returning to the office as it relates to the pandemic, vaccine and mask mandates, penalties, and exemptions.
