Hori to Speak on Panel for UC Berkeley’s Terner Center for Housing Innovation

Manatt Land Use Partner Susan Hori will be a panelist on a webinar titled, “Understanding Housing Supply Bills That Go Into Effect in 2026” hosted by the Terner Center for Housing Innovation at UC Berkeley. The event will take place virtually on November 19 at 10 a.m. PT.

Susan’s panel will feature leading voices in housing policy and land use, including experts from the Terner Center and California YIMBY (Yes In My Back Yard). The discussion will explore the impact of landmark housing legislation signed into law in 2025, including bills enabling transit-adjacent housing, significant reforms to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and measures to facilitate rebuilding in Los Angeles after recent fires.
