Ross Margulies to Speak at Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) Pharmacy Policy Summit 2025

Manatt Health Partner Ross Margulies will speak at the upcoming AMCP Pharmacy Policy Summit in a session titled, “One Big Beautiful Session,” on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 11:30 am – 12:15 pm EST.

The enactment of H.R. 1, also called the One Big Beautiful Bill, brings substantial changes to Medicaid, Medicare, and the individual marketplace, including roughly a trillion dollars in cuts to Medicaid. This session will explore the most important issues facing managed care organizations as they navigate new eligibility and reporting requirements in all three markets as well as changes to state Medicaid financing.
