Cho and Motley to Speak at 2026 Housing First Partners Conference

Manatt Health Managing Director and Senior Manager will speak at a workshop titled, “Advancing Housing First Amidst Federal Policy Changes” at the Housing First Partners Conference on May 12 in San Francisco, California.

The session, which is moderated by Motley, will provide an overview of recent federal administration actions, legislative developments and key litigation shaping housing and homelessness policy. Presenters will discuss potential impacts on the Continuum of Care (CoC) program, HUD rental assistance and Medicaid eligibility and housing-related services. The conversation will also highlight strategies for navigating federal policy changes while continuing to implement and advance Housing First programs and policies.
