Dworkowitz to Speak at ASGCT Annual Meeting

Manatt Health Partner will speak on a panel titled, “Post-Approval Access Issues for CGTs” at the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy (ASGCT) Annual Meeting on May 12.

The session will explore the complex reimbursement and implementation challenges that shape patient access to cell and gene therapies beyond FDA approval. Panelists will discuss key issues impacting access to CGTs in the Medicare, Medicaid and commercial markets. The conversation will also address hospital onboarding hurdles for administering CGTs, as well as broader policy considerations, including FDA/CMS alignment.
