Gianna Ravenscroft to Speak at American Financial Services Association’s Annual Conference

Manatt Partner Gianna Ravenscroft will speak at the American Financial Services Association’s (AFSA) 2026 Annual Conference, taking place October 25–28 in Palm Beach, Florida. AFSA is the national trade association for the consumer credit industry, focused on protecting access to credit and consumer choice.

Ravenscroft will be one of several presenters at AFSA’s Operations and Regulatory Compliance Committee (ORCC) meeting on Monday, October 26, where she will present “AI Meets the Examiner: Inside the New CSBS AI Supervisory Framework.” The ORCC is a committee that monitors federal and state regulatory developments affecting the consumer credit and finance industries and assists AFSA member companies on issues related to compliance and the development of industry resources and educational materials. Its key areas of focus include credit reporting, cybersecurity, debt collection, vendor management, change management and digital transformation.
