Keen to Speak at 2026 California Water Association Annual Summit

a Manatt Government and Regulatory Partner, will speak on a panel at the 2026 California Water Association (CWA) Annual Summit, taking place October 26–28 in Monterey, California.

The session, titled “Removing Barriers to Solutions,” will examine the condition of California’s water infrastructure and explore what is needed to maintain reliability for future generations, framing infrastructure investment as a public health and community resilience issue as well as a utility priority. Randall will focus on the surprising impediments raised by local jurisdictions to infrastructure investment.
