Nathaniel Bach to Speak at ABA’s 31st Annual Forum on Communications Law

Manatt Entertainment Litigation Partner will speak at ABA’s 31st Annual Conference on Communications Law Forum taking place February 5 – 7 in Phoenix, Arizona.

The 2026 forum will feature an in-depth review of the most pressing topics facing the communications, entertainment, technology and media law practices. Sessions will explore libel and privacy, access and newsgathering, anti-SLAPP, AI, social media and advertising, reporters’ privilege and other hot topics. This year’s forum will also feature a revised media advocacy workshop and small group career development sessions.

Nat will speak on the Entertainment panel and will address recent AI litigation matters.
