Ritacco to Speak on Health Policy Panel at NACBHDD Conference

Manatt Senior Advisor will speak at the National Association of County Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Directors' (NACBHDD) 2026 Virtual Legislative and Policy Conference, a national forum that brings together county behavioral health and developmental disability leaders, policymakers and advocates to discuss legislative, regulatory and policy developments affecting behavioral health systems across the country.

Ritacco will participate in the October 21, 2026, Health Policy Insiders panel, a session convening advocates and policy professionals to share perspectives on the evolving health care landscape, recent federal legislation (including H.R. 1) and key policy developments expected to shape the next phase of health care and behavioral health reform. Having spent years helping county governments and local leaders navigate policy and operational challenges, Ritacco will discuss the implications of current policy changes and what’s ahead for health care stakeholders.

NACBHDD’s Virtual Legislative and Policy Conference brings together policymakers, practitioners and subject matter experts to explore opportunities and challenges across the behavioral health continuum and to support effective engagement with federal decision makers.
