Ross Margulies to Speak at ACI’s 7th Annual Passport to Proficiency Series on Rx Drug Revised Pricing

Manatt Health Partner will speak as part of the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 7th Annual Passport to Proficiency Series on Rx Drug Revised Pricing and Rebate Fundamentals on November 16, 2026. The virtual training series runs November 2–December 2, 2026.

Margulies will lead a session titled, “Maximum Fair Pricing in Practice,” which will provide an update on the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program and the implementation of Maximum Fair Prices (MFPs) under Medicare Parts B and D. The session will examine CMS’s negotiation of MFPs, including drugs selected for negotiation, MFP calculations and the results of negotiations. Margulies will also discuss examples of how this pricing reform is playing out in practice, including its intersection with other government programs, as well as the status of legal challenges.
