Sher to Speak at ACI’s 44th Annual FDA Boot Camp

Manatt Health Partner will speak on a panel titled, “Unraveling the FDA’s CNPV and Expedited Review Programs,” at the 44th Annual FDA Boot Camp, hosted by American Conference Institute, on March 25 in New York City.

The program will explore how companies can use FDA’s expedited review programs to enhance their regulatory strategies and reduce the time-to-market for their new products. Panelists will discuss the expedited review programs for drugs, including the latest developments with the Commissioner’s National Priority Voucher (CNPV) program.
