Troy Zander and Matthew Pangle to Speak at Venture Debt Conference 2026
Manatt Financial Services Partner and associate will speak at DealFlow’s fourth annual Venture Debt Conference on April 16.
The conference is the largest and most influential forum dedicated to non-dilutive financing strategies for emerging growth companies, and brings together leading specialty lenders, venture capitalists, emerging growth company executives and advisors.
Troy will speak on two panels: “What Founders and VCs Really Think About Raising Venture Debt” and “Venture Debt Outlook: Signals, Shifts, and What Comes Next.” The first panel will explore how founders evaluate venture debt versus equity, what VCs look for in debt terms, common process pitfalls, and how strategy evolves across growth stages. The second will discuss volume trends and deal structures, how the current environment is shaping borrower and lender behavior, how venture debt is evolving alongside shifts in equity markets and expectations for deal flow.
Matt will speak on “Raising Growth Capital in Israel and Beyond.” His panel will focus on the current deal environment for growth capital in Israel and cross-border markets, how venture debt complements equity in longer fundraising cycles, structuring considerations, and sector and investor trends shaping deployment in 2026.
